Iona graduated with a major in Political Science from the University of California Merced and was a Tour Guide during her years on campus. After graduating Iona couldn’t stay from the campus and became the Southern California Admissions Advisor serving Los Angeles, Orange and Northern San Diego counties. Iona loves that UC Merced is green from the group up! Sustainability is the guiding principle in the campus’ design, planning and operations.

Iona was named the Assistant Director of Admissions for Domestic Recruitment this exciting year of 2020.
