Ronny Washington is an Education Outreach Specialist with the Texas Workforce Commission’s Labor Market and Career Information division. In this role he works with students, parents, educators, and administrators throughout the state of Texas advising them on career trends, job market projections, educational pathways, financial aid, and post-secondary planning. Before joining the Texas Workforce Commission, Ronny served at Austin Community College for 11 years as a Recruiter, Student Life Coordinator, and Sr. Advising Specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Diversity Studies from Texas State University – San Marcos.
