Monique M. Cribbs, PhDc, is the Director of Enrollment Management at Metropolitan Community College. In January 2020, Monique began her new role after previously serving as the Career Exploration and Development Manager at MCC for the past 6 years. Monique has worked in Higher Education for 15+ years in various areas and has taught at the collegiate level for the past 13 years. Monique is the Founder+Owner, Dr. Mo Coaching & Consulting. She launched her coaching business in December 2018 to pursue her passion of helping others in the areas of career, life, and education. She holds certifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Gallup Strengths Coach.
A native of Omaha, Monique received her B.S. in Communications from University of Nebraska-Omaha and her M.S. in Human Services from Bellevue University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a focus on undecided community college students. Monique is a proud Partnership4Kids alum and served as a class mentor for elementary students. She also served on the Omaha Public Schools Academy of Business Board, Kids Can! Board, and with the United Way CIRT.
Her professional memberships include the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), Nebraska Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (NACRAO), National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (MWACE) and most recently as the 2015-2018 President for the Nebraska Colleges Career Association (NCCSA).
When Monique is not working, studying, or teaching she enjoys spending time with her son, Cayden, family, and friends. Monique enjoys cooking, traveling, and her latest addiction Pinterest.
